ZONING PERMIT APPLICATION

Zoning Permits are required under the Zoning Ordinance to regulate all accessory structures, including but not limited to, fences, storage sheds, etc. All structures are subject to review and permit regardless of their size and location. The most common question regarding sheds is the required setback from property lines. Sheds must be placed a minimum of 15' from the rear and side yard property lines and are not permitted in the front yard.

ALL PERMITS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE TOWNSHIP.  ANY PERMITS SUBMITTED DIRECTLY TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR AND/OR ZONING OFFICER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
